I have been a real estate agent for 2 years, with EXIT Realty. I have always wanted a career that would allow me to help people, and real estate has given me the

As a buyer's agent I am able to help all buyer's find just the right home for them. When buying a home whether a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor it can be a daunting process. As a buyer's agent I protect the buyer's interest by taking all necessary steps to protect them, to include doing a comparative market analysis to ensure the house is priced correctly, before making an offer. I advise that necessary inspections are done protecting the buyer against any unpleasant surprises, work to ensure all necessary repairs are made prior to closing. In addition, I will keep in touch with the lender to see that everything is proceeding as expected.
