“To have passion, to have a dream, to have a purpose in life. And there are three components to that purpose, one is to find out who you really are, to discover God, the second is to serve other human beings, because we are here to do that and the third is to express your unique talents and when you are expressing your unique talents you lose track of time.” (Deepak Chopra) This quote is what has been basically my motto throughout my real-estate career. I do not do real-estate as a job, it is merely my passion and every time I find a person or family a house, I know that I have helped them achieve a goal and/or dream. Having lived in Fayetteville most of my life I know what is around me and I am able to help people find exactly what they want, both in location and in the house of their dreams. It is for this reason that I consider myself, as well as my clients lucky because being aware of one’s surroundings and the area in which they find themselves is key in finding the house of your dreams in the location of your desires.
Teaching and continuous learning are all parts of an effective career in real estate and I have proven this throughout my career. Even to this day, as one of North Carolina’s successful real estate Broker/REALTOR®, I am still taking classes. Every real estate agent has to be properly informed about the intricacies of the profession, the market, and the entire real estate industry. I assert that: The real estate professional needs to understand these things first so he or she can pass on the knowledge to his or her clients. I have to believe in the housing industry and most of all in myself, because the market listens to me, I am a professional in my field.”
During the course of my life I have had the chance to teach my children at home. This experience has provided me with the ability to teach on different levels. I have also work as a Social Worker in several Departments of Social Services. This has provided me with the opportunity
