Candilee M. Quigley, Broker in charge of Exit Realty 1st Class II, earned her Real Estate License in 2006. An Accredited home staging specialist and certified Travel Ambassador, Candilee truly understands the dynamics of the NC real estate market and is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decisions for their needs. After numerous military relocations where she had to sell quickly while purchasing a home in another state, Candilee has a unique understanding of the housing needs of our services people and the stresses involved in buying & selling a home. She also specializes in working with first time buyers and really understands the importance of finding the right house to make a home.
Candilee has the knowledge necessary, not only to assist her clients, but also to assist the agents with her office. She provides her agents with efficient systems, leadership, training, and fosters a high-energy motivational atmosphere. In addition, she holds regular training and coaching sessions with her agents to ensure they are all as well informed as she is so they can get the most and the best of their real estate careers. Candilee and her office are members of the Fayetteville Regional Association of Realtors (FRAR), the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Raeford Chamber of Commerce. She is also active in the Hoke county and Coastal Pines Girl Scouts as a troop leader and event director and works as a Good Samaritan with Operation Christmas Boxes. Candilee also donates to EXIT Realty’s chosen corporate Charity, Habitat for humanity: to date Exit has donated over $2 Million and built more than 10 Habitat Homes.
Together with her husband, Keith, Candilee has five Children and they are raising two of their 3 Grandchildren. She was raised in Ohio and has lived all along the East Coast but decided to make Raeford home after her husband retired from the 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army. In her free time Candilee enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, reading, and scrapbooking. She also has a bit of a dare devil in her and went skydiving for her 40th birthday.
